MANUFACTURING/PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (S-PS)

Responsibility:
To ensure production process meet requirements in term of quality, service
level and operational cost

Requirements:
-Diploma or degree in Industrial/Electronic Engineering from reputable
university with GPA 3.0
-Good knowledge in PCBA process (SMT and solder wave) is a plus
-Having knowledge in manufacturing ystem (learn manufacturing, kanban, 5S)
and planning
-Having knowledge in design production process, production line, jigs and
fixtures will be an advantage
-Familiar with SAP system is an advantage

General Requirements:
1. The candidate must have good command in ENglish both verbal and writing,
and knowledge in French is a plus
2. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skill with ability to work as
part of team, fast learner and having positive attitude
3. Willing to be stationed in Batam
4. Provide short information about the final project
